1. International Shipping Fee

20.00 USD (Free for orders over 250.00 USD)

2. Shipment

After all procedures are completed, your order will be shipped via Korea Post EMS.

Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, but this may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us at <yinandyanginharmony@gmail.com> within 2 days of delivery.

For simple returns or exchanges (i.e., not due to a defect), round-trip shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We will cover the shipping cost only if the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Refunds for returned items or price differences due to exchanges will not be made to the original payment method. Instead, a store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Customs Clearance & Import Duties

Please note that customs regulations and tax thresholds vary by country.

All international orders are subject to customs clearance based on the destination country’s import laws.

Duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated based on the customs value and must be paid by the recipient.
